Análisis de políticas públicas como garantía del derecho de las mujeres al hábitat y la vivienda digna, una discusión desde el estado social de derecho
Para el presente escrito, se pretende analizar el alcance jurídico que tiene el Programa Integral de Vivienda Efectiva-PIVE en el marco del derecho de las mujeres y de género en la articulación interinstitucional de políticas públicas que se implementan para la garantía del derecho al hábitat y vivienda digna, y de este modo, lograr visibilizar la importancia de superar las brechas de desigualdad para acceder a los mismos.
