Abstract

El proyecto de investigación se enfoca en evaluar el comportamiento de una mezcla asfáltica modificada MDC-19; por medio del ensayo Marshall a diferentes dosificaciones de desecho de polietileno de baja densidad (PEBD) obtenido del reciclaje de bolsas plásticas, que será mezclado con cemento asfaltico (CA) en relaciones de peso (PEBD/CA) del 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5% y 2.0% a una temperatura de 145+- 5 °C debido a que por encima de la misma el CA experimenta envejecimiento por pérdida de componentes químicos.
