Abstract

El presente artículo de investigación realiza un análisis acerca de del reconocimiento de la calidad de seres sintientes que se le ha otorgado a los animales de compañía con el fin de garantizarles algunos derechos e igualmente, protegerles frente a conductas violentas que pueden ser consideradas como maltrato animal, todo lo anterior, en virtud de la ley 1774 de 2016.
