Lagunas axiológicas y los derechos reproductivos

Abstract

Partiendo del análisis de las técnicas para la reproducción humana, se evidencia que, como respuesta el ordenamiento jurídico colombiano interviene precariamente, garantizando limitadamente los derechos de reproducción de las personas, y por otro lado, el uso de procedimientos apropiados que garanticen la integridad de los sujetos, configurando una laguna axiológica con respecto a los derechos y los procedimientos mencionados.
