Abstract

Dentro del contexto global, las Asociaciones Público-Privadas (APP) han proporcionado a los Estados la posibilidad de brindar más servicios de los que su presupuesto público les permite. Es por ello que después de analizar la forma en que se han utilizado las APP para proyectos penitenciarios en diferentes países y considerando la situación de hacinamiento en las cárceles colombianas, se propone su uso en proyectos de la misma clase en Colombia para mejorar la situación de sus reclusos en Cárceles
