Abstract

Siendo el contrato de compraventa internacional de mercaderías un instrumento esencial para el desarrollo del comercio a nivel mundial, se evidencia que esta ha recibido variaciones en materia legislativa, por lo que su regulación difiere en materia internacional, regional y local, lo anterior en marco al uso de terminología, tratados internacionales y principios aplicados a la relación comercial. Con esta premisa, se estudió los tipos de riesgos presentados en el contrato de compraventa internacional de mercancías entre vendedor y comprador (en algunos casos se involucra a terceros) en cualquiera de las etapas de este.
