Abstract

Los planes de mejoramiento integral para barrios de carácter popular, permiten que se realicen transformaciones al lugar, sin cambiar de manera abrupta los elementos de conformación del territorio existente, así mismo la experiencia académica de desarrollo de proyectos en lugares que actualmente se encuentran con una brecha social y espacial predominante, dan a entender aspectos clave para la intervención de sectores con potencial de desarrollo. La diversidad habitacional debe verse como un mecanismo de apropiación en donde se desarrollan características que aportan y adecuan lugares para que sean bienvenidos espacios de cultura, transformación, interacción y arquitectura sostenible
