El presente trabajo de investigación reflexiona sobre la efectividad y eficacia de los aspectos procesales contenidos en la Ley 1480 de 2011, en lo que respecta a la acción de protección al consumidor ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC), con la que se pretende el resarcimiento de derechos vulnerados a los consumidores originados en la relación de consumo.
