Abstract

Este trabajo monográfico presenta una propuesta de vivienda desde las propuestas de hábitat colectivo. Donde su objetivo principal es generar una propuesta flexible y versátil de vivienda para atender las necesidades de las diversas tipologías de familias de la sociedad actual, especialmente, en el barrio Santiago Pérez de la localidad Rafael Uribe Uribe de la ciudad de Bogotá.
