Abstract

El estudio del sufragio como derecho político de las Fuerzas Militares y de Policía implica un análisis de los modelos de Estado en el que se ejerce esta facultad constitucional. Este trabajo compara el ejercicio de este derecho en Colombia con el ejercido en Perú y Venezuela, en donde los miembros de la Fuerza Pública tienen derecho a votar.
