Abstract

Se define la Responsabilidad Social Universitaria (RSU) como la gerencia ética e inteligente de los impactos que genera la organización en su entorno humano, social y natural, y busca armar mejor a la Universidad Latinoamericana del siglo XXI para hacer frente a las nuevas realidades y amenazas de la región. La Responsabilidad Social Universitaria es un nuevo paradigma y como tal no está aun claramente definida y comprendida. Desde hace años se ha hablado e investigado acerca de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, pero poco se ha hecho en el campo de las actividades universitarias
