En este artículo, el autor señala que en estos tiempos en los se hace más difícil acceder a la educación, debido a que los jóvenes tienen que dedicarse a realizar algún trabajo con fines de subsistencia para él y su familia, es cuando la Educación a Distancia cobra mayor importancia, preguntándose si es mejor, la Educación a Distancia o la Presencial, además detalla las características de la educación a distancia, las características de la educación virtual y del aula virtual y los requerimientos para que funcionen, haciendo énfasis en el cambio de cultura de los docentes y en la importancia que deben darle las universidades a la educación virtual.
