Determinación de plastificantes en films poliméricos

Abstract

In all the companies that are related to products that are in contact with food, the current regulation ( UNE-EN 1186-2) must be accomplished. This regulation is in charger of the global migration in fatty food, materials and plastic ítems simulators. In this end of degree Project, we are attempting to determine methods which are different from those concerning to the current regulation, so that we can asses and queantify the plasticizing substances ( in our case ADO )which are transferred from the plasticizing to the food, we will develop it, using olive oil just be because this is what the regulation states.

En todas las empresas relacionadas con productos que están en contacto con los alimentos, se debe de cumplir la normativa vigente ( UNE-EN 1186-2), la cual se encarga de la migración global en simuladores de alimentos grasos de materiales y artículos plásticos. En este trabajo fin de grado, intentamos decretat, métodos distintos a los referentes a la normativa, con el fin de poder determinar y cuantificar las sustancias plastificantes (en nuestro caso DOA) que se transfieren del plastificante al alimento, lo realizaremos con aceite de oliva, que es lo que la propia norma indica.
