Los grupos y equipos de trabajo

Abstract

El presente trabajo fin de máster, está enfocado al tema 18 "Los equipos de trabajo de las oposiciones de Formación y Orientación Laboral, y su relación con el bloque de contenidos 2. "Gestión del conflicto y equipos de trabajo" dentro del módulo de Formación y Orientación Laboral, del Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior de Técnico en Integración Social. Este trabajo se divide en dos partes. - Fundamentación teórica y epistemológica: centrada en diferentes estudios acerca de Los grupos y equipos de trabajo, así como las dinámicas de grupo, las reuniones eficaces todo esto enfocado a su importancia en el ámbito laboral. - La segunda parte estará compuesta por programación de una unidad didáctica; en la que presentaremos como abordar los contenidos de la unidad 10, "Los grupos y equipos de Trabajo" desde la metodología del aprendizaje cooperativo, de una manera clara y efectiva.

The present master's thesis is focused on tapie 18 "The work teams" of the examinations of Training and Labor Orientation, and its relationship with the content block 2. "Conflict management and work teams" within the module of Training and Labor Orientation, of the Higher Degree Training Cycle of Technician in Social lntegration. This job is divided in two parts. - Theoretical and epistemological foundation: focused on different studies about groups and work teams, as well as group dynamics, effective meetings ali this focused on its importance in the workplace. - The second part will be composed of: programming of a didactic unit; in which we will present how to approach the contents of unit 10, "Working groups and teams" from the cooperative learning methodology, in a clear and effective manner.
