En el presente trabajo intentamos analizar los delitos que afectan a nuestro patrimonio cultural, con la intención de acercarnos un poco más al tráfico ilícito de bienes culturales que suelen acompañar a éstas acciones. Dentro de éste ámbito, manejaremos los textos jurídicos que controlan y regulan tanto en un marco internacional como en el nacional. Además, tratamos con las distintas organizaciones culturales y policiales como son; Unesco, ICOM, Brigada de Patrimonio Histórico de la Policía Nacional, Guardia Civil, Interpol, entre otras muchas. Para hacer su lectura más comprensiva, se han incluido distintos casos en los que se puede comprobar de manera ilustrativa todo lo que el mercado ilegal está consiguiendo en el mundo artístico.

In the present work we try to analyze the crimes that affect our cultural heritage, with the intention of getting a little closer to the illicit traffic of cultural goods that usually accompany the actions. Within this scope, we will handle the legal texts that control and regulate both in an international and national framework. In addition, we deal with the different cultural and police organizations as they are; Unesco, ICOM, Heritage Brigade of the National Police, Civil Guard, Interpol, among many others. To make your reading more comprehensive, several cases have been included in which you can check in an illustrative way all that the illegal market is getting in the art world.
