Abstract

El siguiente trabajo, trata las normas de valoración contable en materia de moneda extranjera, con el análisis tanto de la Norma Internacional Contable, que en este caso es la NIC 21, Efectos en las variaciones de los tipos de cambio en moneda extranjera y lo dispuesto en el Plan General Contable, en la undécima norma de valoración relativa a la moneda extranjera. Son objeto de estudio, las transacciones en moneda extranjera, la valoración contable de las partidas monetarias y no monetarias, tanto valoración inicial como posterior y el tratamiento contable de las diferencias que puedan surgir de la aplicación de los distintos tipos de cambio y todo eso queda retratado en un supuesto práctico de elaboración propia.

The following paperwork, is based in the study of the accounting measurement of the foreign currency transactions, by the analysis of the International Accounting Standards, in this case IAS 21, the effects of changes in foreign exchange rates, and the regulation in the Spanish law, which contents the criteria that the Spanish enterprises must follow in order to prepare their financial statements. In this paperwork, it is included the initial recognition of monetary and non monetary items, and the ends of subsequent reporting periods, in addition, the recognition of the exchanges differences. All of this is covered by a practical case, which have been made by the author.
