[EN] The right of withdrawal as a consumer legal protection in international regulation is scattered and is only contemplated for some cases. It is a legal instrument that the consumers can use with his justification in the weakness position in which he finds himself. This right allows the consumer to unilaterally withdraw from the purchase contract within a certain period of time. The possibilities of this right as its consequences and exercise, will be the subject of analysis in this project work.
[ES] El derecho a desistir como protección del consumidor en la regulación internacional se encuentra disperso y solo se contempla para algunos casos. Se trata de un instrumento legal que puede utilizar el consumidor fundamentado en la posición de debilidad en que se encuentra. Este derecho permite al consumidor cancelar el contrato del proveedor en un periodo de tiempo determinado. Las posibilidades de este derecho como sus consecuencias y ejercicio, será el tema de análisis en este trabajo.
