[ES] El presente trabajo centra su objeto de estudio en la acción de adición o complemento a la liquidación de la sociedad de gananciales de un bien que no fue inventariado en la relación contenida en el Convenio Regulador del matrimonio, ni por tanto adjudicado a ningún cónyuge. De esta premisa surgen varias cuestiones jurídicas a las que se da respuesta a lo largo de la redacción del dictamen jurídico que se plasma en este trabajo, distinguiéndose por un lado las cuestiones procesales, necesarias para el planteamiento de la acción ante el juzgado competente, y por otro lado, las cuestiones sustantivas que atañen al fondo del asunto propiamente dicho; cuestiones, todas ellas, resueltas al amparo de la legislación y jurisprudencia aplicables.

[ES] The present Final Master´s Project focuses its study in the addiction or complement action to the liquidation of the community propertyof a good that was not included in the inventory, content in the married Regulatory Agreement, nor therefore it was awarded any spouse. As a result of this premise, arise some legal issues which are resolves throughout the writing of the legal opinion expressed in this project. On the one hand, we can distinguish the procedural issues that are required to the presentation of the action before the competent court and on the other hand, the substantive issues which have to do with the substance of the matter. All this questions are resolves under the applicable law and jurisprudence.
