In this final degree project, we have studied the affections that the La Manzana sludge dam causes in the soil and in the surrounding waters, through a series of sample campaigns of the waste contained in the dam and the waters in contact with the dam. After the analysis of the samples, the results confirm important pollution of the water resources and less relevant effects at the geotechnical level, so that a restoration proposal is made (aerobic wetland) that adapts to the environment studied and helps to mitigate the environmental impact.
