[ES] El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar el derecho a la vivienda como un derecho humano fundamental para el óptimo desarrollo del ser humano, en un mundo globalizado que tiende a universalizar tanto las ventajas como los inconvenientes del desarrollo. Por ello, mi estudio se centra en el concepto de vivienda, su calificación como digna y adecuada, su tratamiento como derecho en el ordenamiento jurídico español y los problemas actuales de dicho derecho.

[EN] This work has as purpose to analyze the right to housing as a fundamental human right for optimal human development in a globalized world that tends to universalize the benefits and drawbacks of development. Therefore, my study focuses on the concept of housing, its classification as worthy and adequate, its treatment as a right in the Spanish legal system and current problems of this right.
