[EN] The aim of this Work of End of Degree (TFG) is the study of the right to the housing. Concretely there has been done an analysis of the concept of housing and the legal frame of the same one. To try to understand better which is the situation of this right nowadays, there has been carried out the investigation of the reasons that provoked the economic crisis and and more specifically the bursting of the housing bubble. This situation has provoked big social conflicts that have tried to be settled by an index of measures that are detailed in the work. Other one of the treated topics is directly related to the right to the housing in Andalusia. One has proceeded to the search of the Andalusian legislation relative to this matter, together with the analysis of the resource of unconstitutionality raised by the Government and the draft bill of retract in dispossession of housings of Andalusia.

[ES] El objetivo de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) es el estudio del derecho a la vivienda. Concretamente se ha hecho un análisis del concepto de vivienda y el marco legal del mismo. Para tratar de comprender mejor cuál es la situación de este derecho actualmente, se ha llevado a cabo la investigación de las causas que provocaron la crisis económica y más en concreto el estallido de la burbuja inmobiliaria. Esta situación ha provocado grandes conflictos sociales que han intentado ser solventados con un elenco de medidas que se detallan en el trabajo. Otro de los temas tratados está directamente relacionado con el derecho a la vivienda en Andalucía. Se ha procedido a la búsqueda de la legislación andaluza relativa a esta materia, junto con el análisis del recurso de inconstitucionalidad planteado por el Gobierno y el anteproyecto de ley de retracto en desahucio de viviendas de Andalucía
