Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo tiene como objeto de estudio analizar e ilustrar la evolución del mercado laboral español, durante el periodo comprendido entre 2007-2015. En primer lugar comenzaremos con un análisis teórico del funcionamiento de la oferta y la demanda en el mercado de trabajo y su comportamiento, prosiguiendo con la explicación de los conceptos básicos que se han de tener en cuenta a la hora de cualquier análisis del mercado laboral. Para finalizar realizaremos un desglose de estos, explicando su evolución segmentándolos por sexo y edad junto a una radiografia del paro, donde apreciaremos los principales problemas del mercado de trabajo español, los cuales sentaran las bases del real decreto llevado a cabo por el Gobierno en el año 2012 y analizaremos sus efectos a día de hoy junto con unas conclusiones con vistas al porvenir de este mercado ante los años venideros.

[EN] The present work has as object of study analyze and illustrate the evolution of the labor Spanish market, during the period included between 2007-2015. First we will begin with a theoretical analysis of the functioning of the offer and the demand on the labor market and his behavior, continuing with the explanation of the basic concepts that have to be bom in mind at the moment of any analysis of the labor market. To finish we will realize a separation of these, explaining his evolution segmenting them for sex and age close to a X-ray photography of the unemployrnent, where we will estímate the principal problems of the Spanish labor market, which were laying the foundations of the royal decree carried out by the Government in the year 2012 and will analyze his effects a today together with conference to the future of this market before the future years.
