[ES] El objeto principal el estudio doctrinal de la reserva vidual, producida cuando uno de los cónyuges del primer matrimonio fallece con descendencia de este, y el cónyuge sobreviviente contrae nuevas nupcias. Para abordar el mismo, el trabajo se divide en cuatro partes: una primera parte que hace referencia a unas ideas previas sobre la reserva vidual; una segunda que indaga en los sujetos de esta reserva y en el momento de la obligación de reservar; para pasar a tratar los bienes reservables y la extinción de la reserva; dejando por último el análisis de la transmisión de los bienes. El tema del estudio de la reserva vidual me parece un tema interesante e importante, ya que la finalidad de esta institución jurídica es beneficiar a los hijos del primer matrimonio, ya que serían los perjudicados si existiesen nuevas nupcias de uno de sus dos progenitores.

To address it, the work is divided into four parts: a first part that refers to some previous ideas about the Visual reserve; a second who delves in subjects of this reserve and at the time of the duty book; to treat bookable property and the extinction of the reserve; finally leaving the analysis of the transmission of goods. The topic of the study of the vidual reserve seems a subject interesting and important, since the purpose of this legal institution is to benefit the children of the first marriage, since they would be the harmed if there are new nuptials of one of their two parents.
