[ES]Los asuntos concursales están considerados como un tema de actualidad, ya que en los últimos años, debido a la crisis económica, son muchas las empresas que han usado los mecanismos que la Ley Concursal ofrece. El objetivo de este trabajo será analizar las principales alternativas que nuestro Derecho Concursal ofrece al concurso de acreedores, pues será siempre una opción más ágil y económica para las empresas en dificultades, explicando en qué lugar queda el deudor frente a los acreedores. También desarrollaré las principales novedades que se han introducido con las últimas y numerosas reformas.

[EN]Insolvency matters are considerated current issues because of last year´s recession. It caused that companies have used the mechanics that insolvency law offers. So, the aim of this composition is to analyze the main alternatives that offers our system of law to the state of insolvency, because it will be faster and cheaper for companies which have financial problems, explaining where the debtor stay face up to the creditors. I will also explain the main newness of the last and numerous reforms.
