DEUDA PÚBLICA Y ESTABILIDAD PRESUPUESTARIA

Abstract

[EN] In this Project I explain in an objective way, the different types of public debt, focusing on the most remarkable state debt, apart from the markets where it operates and the way in which we acquire it. It is a fact that the public debt has influence on the budgetary stability from a country; is this the reason why the legal field is analyzed where it is placed, paying special attention to the organic law 2/2012 from the 27 April of the Budgetary Stability and Financial Sustainability.
