[ES]El Trabajo Social es una es las disciplinas integradas en la Administración de Justicia siendo su principal función la de aportar a juzgadores y fiscales, a través de su conocimiento técnico científico, dictámenes periciales de realidades personales, familiares y sociales de individuos implicados en procedimientos judiciales. En este trabajo se analiza el papel del trabajador social como perito judicial y se estudia la aportación de los profesionales del Trabajo Social en los tribunales de la provincia de Jaén a los que prestan su apoyo técnico a lo largo del año 2013.

[EN]The Social Work is one of the disciplines integrated to the Administration of Justice being his main function provide to judges and district attorneys, across his technical scientific knowledge, expert reports and social of personal, familiar realities of individuals involved in judicial procedures. In this work there is analyzed the paper of the social worker as judicial expert and there is studied the contribution of the professionals of the Social Work in the courts of the province of Jaen to those who give his technical support throughout the year 2013.
