Abstract

[ES]Los matrimonios mixtos son un fenómeno actual y creciente en España, que da lugar, entre otros, a la integración cultural de los extranjeros en este país. Por otro lado, este tipo de uniones están relacionadas en algunos casos, con los matrimonios de conveniencia. En este trabajo, se realiza un análisis de los matrimonios mixtos desde la perspectiva del Derecho Internacional Privado. En dicho estudio, se exponen las principales normas que inciden en este tipo de relaciones en el plano internacional, como son las resoluciones de la Dirección General de los Registros y del Notariado sobre dicha cuestión.

[EN]The mixed marriages are a current and increasing phenomenon in Spain, which gives place, between others, to the cultural integration of the foreigners in this country. In addition, this type of unions are related in some cases, with the marriages of convenience. In this work, there is realized an analysis of the mixed marriages from the perspective of the Private International Law. In this study, there are exposed the principal procedure that affect in this type of relations in the international plane, such as resolutions of the “Dirección General de los Registros y del Notariado”.
