[EN]In this work I talked about Property crimes, mainly: stole and theft. I make a number of differences and likeness between both, and especially I highlight the consummation between both, with their respective theories and imperfect forms of execution, as is the case of availability, although in this case there are more problems. All this I say based on the actual reform of the penal code, and also with the previous laws, in the case of articles that have not been modified.
