[EN]In the present Final Degree Project (TFG) I will proceed to analyze The Crime of Bribery, typified in Title XIX of the Penal Spanish Code named “Crimes against Public Administration”. Due to the vast content of this crime I’m going focus on the passive bribery, regulated in art. 419 of the Penal Spanish Code, even though I will mention the different modalities and the main differences with it’s opposite (regulated in art 424 CP). Before analyzing this crime, I shall deal with the last two reforms performed on the Penal Code related to the bribery (LO 5/2010 and LO 1/2015), as well as essential aspects that we must know before focusing on this modality of bribery.

[ES]En el presente Trabajo Fin de Grado (TFG) voy a proceder a analizar El Delito de Cohecho, tipificado en el Título XIX del CP, Delitos Contra la Administración Pública. Debido a la extensión de este delito me centrare en el cohecho pasivo, regulado en el art. 419 CP, aunque hare referencia a las distintas modalidades y las principales diferencias con su opuesto, el art 424 CP. De forma previa al análisis de este delito, comentaré las últimas dos reformas realizadas en el CP en relación al cohecho (LO 5/2010 y LO 1/2015), así como, aspectos esenciales que debemos conocer antes de centrarnos en esta modalidad de cohecho.
