[ES]El deporte tiene una gran importancia actualmente en la vida de millones de personas en nuestro país, tanto a título amateur como profesional, y sin embargo los aspectos fiscales que le afectan son prácticamente desconocidos no sólo para la generalidad de la población, sino incluso para los mismos deportistas. Mediante este trabajo desgranaremos a título introductorio la estructura principal sobre la que se asienta el deporte, para profundizar posteriormente en el marco fiscal que rodea la práctica deportiva profesional, en su faceta tanto individual (deportistas profesionales y su evolución a lo largo de los últimos años en el marco del IRPF/IRNR), como colectiva (entidades deportivas) en lo referente al Impuesto de Sociedades, finalizando con un breve repaso a cómo afectan otros tributos a esta relativamente desconocida cuestión en el ámbito del Derecho.

[EN]These days sport, at both amateur and professional levels, has a great importance in the lives of millions of people in our country. However, the financial aspects that affect it are practically unknown by not only the general population, but also by the athletes themselves. Through this project we will spell out at an introductory level the main structure upon which sports sit in order to later deepen the fiscal framework of professional sports, both individual (professional athletes and their recent evolution in the frame of IRPF/IRNR) and collective (sports entities) in relation to the corporation tax, ending with a brief review of how other tributes affect this relatively unknown question in the field of law.
