Abstract

[ES]El presente trabajo trata de analizar y determinar cuál es la actuación y relación de las empresas que forman parte del Ibex 35 con sus grupos de interés. Considerados en la actualidad empresarial como uno de los factores que condiciona el éxito de una organización, ya que van a influir tanto en el desarrollo como la implantación de las distintas estrategias empresariales y organizativas. Por lo tanto se va a poner de manifiesto las distintas actuaciones que desarrollan las empresas para satisfacer las demandas de los distintos grupos con los que se relacionan, interpretando cada una de las Memorias de Sostenibilidad que presentan cada año las compañías y estableciéndose una serie de conclusiones, que determinarán cual es la consideración que tienen las empresas con mayor relevancia en España, en materia de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa.

[EN]The present work tries to analyze and determine the performance and relation of the companies that are part of the Ibex 35 with its interest groups, considered in the present day business as one of the factors that conditions the success of an organization, since they go To influence both the development and the implementation of different business and organizational strategies. Therefore, the different actions developed by companies to meet the demands of the different groups such as those that relate are interpreted, interpreting each of the Sustainability Reports presented each year by the companies and establishing a series of conclusions , Which will show what is the consideration in terms of Corporate Responsibility that have the most relevant companies in Spain.
