Abstract

[ES] El objetivo fundamental de este trabajo es el análisis del entorno externo del sector inmobiliario y, concretamente, de las agencias inmobiliarias. Se pretende estudiar tanto el entorno general como el entorno específico, así como realizar una delimitación del sector inmobiliario, quiénes son sus componentes y cuáles son los elementos que forman dichos componentes. Dentro del entorno general, se analiza uno a uno los aspectos de estabilidad, complejidad, diversidad y hostilidad que muestra el sector de las agencias inmobiliarias, así como un análisis PESTEL que nos muestra cómo afectan los factores políticos, económicos, socio-culturales, tecnológicos, ecológicos y legales a las agencias inmobiliarias. En el entorno específico, se utiliza el modelo de las 5 fuerzas de Porter, que dará paso a las oportunidades y amenazas de las agencias inmobiliarias en general. También se concluye el trabajo con una serie de conclusiones y propuestas de actuación para las agencias inmobiliarias.

[EN] The main objective of this work is the analysis of the external environment of the real estate sector and, specifically, the real estate agencies. It is intended to study both the general environment and the specific environment, as well as delimiting the real estate sector, who are its components and what are the elements that make up those components. Within the general environment, one analyzes the stability, complexity, diversity and hostility aspects of the real estate agencies, as well as a PESTEL analysis that shows how they affect political, economic, socio-cultural, technological factors , Ecological and legal to real estate agencies. In the specific environment, Porter's 5-force model is used, which will give way to the opportunities and threats of real estate agencies in general. It also concludes the work with a series of conclusions and proposals of action for the agencies Real estate.
