[ES] El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo la investigación y el estudio de las asignaturas con contenido matemático que se imparten en el Grado de Finanzas y Contabilidad de la Universidad de Jaén y su vinculación con la economía, también desarrollamos dos ejemplos teórico-prácticos económicos con influencia matemática y comparamos las matemáticas de la Universidad de Jaén con otras universidades nacionales e internacionales. Por último, se presenta una conclusión en la que se hace balance de todo lo anterior y se intenta obtener alguna idea para mejorar las disciplinas impartidas por el Departamento de Matemáticas y Estadística de la Universidad de Jaén.
The present work has as an objective the investigation and the study of the subjects with mathematical content that are taught in the Degree of Finance and Accounting of the University of Jaén and its relation with the economy, we also develop two theoretical-practical economic examples with mathematical influence And we compare the mathematics of the University of Jaén with other national and international universities. Finally, a conclusion is presented in which all the above is taken into account and an attempt is made to obtain some idea to improve the disciplines taught by the Department of Mathematics and Statistics of the University of Jaén.
