Análisis del consumidor de cerveza artesanal en España

Abstract

[ES]El sector de la cerveza artesanal se encuentra en crecimiento y es por ello que se va a estudiar desde la perspectiva del marketing, el comportamiento del consumidor. El objetivo de este trabajo es estudiar los hábitos de consumo y el conocimiento que tiene el consumidor de cerveza artesanal para poder desarrollar estrategias que fomenten el crecimiento de este sector. Para conseguir objetivo se va a llevar a cabo un estudio mediante metodología cualitativa que muestra la información recogida de diversas fuentes como son las entrevistas a expertos y artículos de interés. También, un estudio mediante metodología cuantitativa donde se realizará una encuesta para conocer el comportamiento de los consumidores con respecto al sector cervecero. El análisis de datos se realizará a través del programa SPSS. Los resultados nos permiten caracterizar la muestra de consumidores de cerveza artesanal y establecer distintas relaciones entre las variables del estudio.

[EN] The craft beer sector is growing and that is why it is going to be studied from the perspective of marketing, consumer behavior. The objective of this work is to study the consumption habits and the knowledge that the artisan beer consumer has to be able to develop strategies that promote the growth of this sector. In order to achieve this objective, a qualitative methodology study will be carried out, showing the information gathered from various sources such as interviews with experts and articles of interest. Also, a quantitative methodology study where a survey will be conducted to know the behavior of consumers regarding the brewing sector. Data analysis will be done through the SPSS program. The results allow us to characterize the sample of artisan beer consumers and to establish different relationships between the study variables.
