Modelado y simulación de una planta aprovechamiento de biomasa para aplicaciones de generación distribuida

Abstract

[ES]Según el estado del arte contemplando el estado actual de la tecnología y las necesidades, cabe deducir que se propone la simulación y modelización de un sistema de aprovechamiento de la biomasa. La biomasa a emplear en el sistema por su interés y cantidad generada en la provincia de jaén se trata de los subproductos generados en el olivar, centrándonos especialmente en la poda del olivar, la cual se le ha realizado unos previos estudios para ser caracterizada. Esta biomasa es llevada primeramente a una gasificación de la cual obtendremos un gas producto que posteriormente se le realiza una limpieza de partículas mediante un ciclón y una eliminación de humedad. Este gas producto una vez tratado es llevado como combustible a una turbina de combustión externa, donde se produce la generación de potencia electrica y térmica, es decir, se trata de un sistema de cogeneración.

[EN]According to the state of art contemplating the current state of technology and needs, it is proposed the simulation and modelization of a system of biomass utilization. The biomass to be used in the system for its interest and quantity generated in the province of jaén is about the byproducts generated in the olivar, especially centralizing pruning of olive trees (leaves and small branches), which had been performed a previous studies to be characterized. This biomass is taken to a gasification and we get a gas product that is after a cleaning of particles through a cyclone and a moisture elimination. This treated product gas is taken to an external combustion turbine, where the generation of electric and thermal power is produced, so it is a cogeneration system (chp).
