Abstract

[ES]Este trabajo analiza el marcado nacional e internacional del aceite de oliva y todo el proceso que se realiza antes de llegar a estos mercados a los que las empresas desean sacar el máximo beneficio. Lo primero que debe hacer una empresa que desea exportar su producto al exterior, es seleccionar una estrategia para guiarse a la hora de llevar el producto a los mercados exteriores. Hay diferentes tipos de estrategias, las más antiguas, que son las que nacieron con las primeras teorías sobre la industria y las que han aparecido en los últimos años con el crecimiento de las tecnologías, que son las teorías modernas. Después de ver qué estrategia seguir, vemos la producción de aceite que España produce y ofrece a nivel mundial y como distribuye esta producción por los diferentes flujos de comercio en los que España y las empresas exportadoras actúen. Estas empresas se pueden diferenciar de dos maneras. Unas se dedican a la producción de aceite y posteriormente a su venta, y las otras, las que directamente compran y venden el aceite para sacar el mayor beneficio posible. Finalmente, si la empresa es capaz de llevar todo esto a cabo obtendrá una buena posición en los mercados, lo que le supondrá unos óptimos beneficios y una buena imagen de marca.

[EN]This paper analyzes the national and international dialing olive oil and the whole process is done before reaching these markets that companies want to get the most benefit. The first thing a company should do to export their product abroad, is to select a strategy to guide them in bringing the product to foreign markets. There are different types of strategies, the oldest, who are born with the first theories about the industry and those that have appeared in recent years with the growth of technologies that are modern theories. After seeing what strategy to follow, we see oil production that Spain produces and provides worldwide and distributes this production as the different flows of trade in which Spain and exporters act. These companies can be distinguished in two ways. Some are engaged in oil production and later sale, and the other, which directly buy and sell the oil to get the greatest possible benefit. Finally, if the company is able to carry all this out you will get a good position in the markets, which would entail optimal benefits and a good brand image.
