Abstract

La parada cardiorrespiratoria en el embarazo, es un acontecimiento de baja incidencia, ya que ocurre en l de cada 30.000 mujeres gestantes. Por ello, el personal sanitario, en la mayoría de los casos, como los futuros profesionales sanitarios, carecen de formación para afrontarlo. A pesar de tener baja incidencia, es un asunto importante porque dos vidas están en peligro cuando estamos delante de una PCR en una embarazada. Las evidencias afirman la probabilidad de éxito, siempre que se realice una RCP de alta calidad, con profesionales formados en esta situación de emergencia, para una rápida y correcta actuación de los mismos; teniendo en cuenta las variables con respecto a la RCP de personas no gestantes, como la posición de la gestante en el desarrollo de las diferentes maniobras de reanimación,así como la dosis de medicamentos y el uso de desfibrilación en las mismas.

The cardiac arrest in the pregnancy is an event of low incident, since it happens in 1 of every 30.000 pregnant women. F or this, the sanitary staff and the future professional, in most cases, lack formation to confront it. In spite of having low incident, it is an important issue because two lives are in danger when we are in front of a PCR in a pregnant woman. The evidences aff1rm the probability of success, providing that a RCP of high quality should be made, with professionals formed in this situation of emergency, for a fast and right action of the same ones; having into account the variables with regard to the persons' RCP non pregnant women, such as the position of the pregnant woman in the development of the different maneuvers of resuscitation, as well as the dose of medicines and the use of deñbrillation in the same ones.
