Los riesgos psicosociales en el trabajo.

Abstract

En éste análisis y trabajo de investigación , se va a tratar el tema de la prevención de los riesgos laborales, específicamente los riesgos psicosociales en el ámbito laboral. En primer lugar, se va a realizar una introducción general acerca de los riesgos psicosociales, es decir, explicando qué son, qué es lo que entendemos por riesgos psicosociales, qué tipos de riesgos psicosociales conocemos, así como indicar los nuevos riesgos psicosociales que han aparecido, como por ejemplo el presentismo laboral, el boreout, el downsizing, el superviviente, etc…El trabajo se estructura por capítulos, dedicándome en cada uno de ellos a un tipo de riesgo psicosocial, por ejemplo, en el punto 1 trataremos el Mobbing o acoso moral, en el punto 2 el acoso sexual y acoso por razón de género, y así con los distintos tipos de riesgos psicosociales, tratando de dar una visión global en cada uno de ellos.

In this analysis and research work, the issue of prevention of occupational hazards, specifically psychosocial risks in the workplace, will be discussed. In the first place, a general introduction about psychosocial risks will be made, that is, explaining what they are, what we mean by psychosocial risks, what types of psychosocial risks we know, and indicate the new psychosocial risks that have appeared , Such as work presentism, boreout, downsizing, survivor, etc ... The work is structured by chapters, dedicating each of them to a type of psychosocial risk, for example, in point 1 we will try Mobbing or Moral harassment, in point 2 sexual harassment and harassment by gender, and so with the different types of psychosocial risks, trying to give a global vision in each of them.
