[ES]En el presente trabajo se realiza un estudio sobre las modalidades de contratos de arrendamiento, más concretamente, sobre arrendamientos rústicos. Donde analizaremos, principalmente la legislación aplicable y vigente que rige actualmente en esta materia, así como realizaremos un estudio sobre las novedades que han traído para el Sector de la contratación agraria de las nuevas reformas de la Ley, tanto la Ley 83/1980 de 31 de diciembre, de Arrendamientos Rústicos, con sus posteriores reformas, es decir, la ley 49/2003 de 26 de noviembre, como la Ley de 26/2005 de 30 de noviembre, por la que se modifica la ley 49/2003. También trataremos temas tan variados en relación con los contratos de arrendamientos rústicos. Tales como, precio del arrendamiento, forma de los contratos, capacidad para contratar, gastos y mejoras, duración del contrato, modificación y acceso del contrato, extinción del mismo, etc…

[EN]In the present project, a study on the rental agreement forms is being carried out, more precisely, on the agricultural leasings. The governing and current law regulating this matter will be analysed, just as a study on the news published for the agricultural sector of the new law reform, as law 83/1980 of 31rd of December, of agricultural leasing, with the subsequent reforms, that is, law 49/2003 of 26th of November, as law 26/2005 of 30th of November, by which law 49/2003 is modified. Diverse issues related to agricultural leasing agreements will be dealt with.
