Liderazgo en los grupos de trabajo

Abstract

[EN] This Master's Thesis comprises a theoretical framework and a didactic unit. First of all, the theoretical foundation comes before of the contextualization and we will analyze it of FOL subject and the high school that I have selected to focus the educational perspective. Then, we will see the theoretical framework that also adds a bibliography set of a lot of authors and an exposition of management and leadership in the company. This first part includes concepts and theories about the human behaviour in the company from the field of motivation, management and work group. On the other hand, we will see the didactic unit which is composed of a syllabus based on the topic of management and leadership in the work team, where we will encapsulate aspects related to the theoretical framework of this Master's Thesis.
