Until fairly recently the teaching of the Physics and the Chemistry w as based only in the transmission of knowledge from the professor to the pupil, not taking into account your adaptation and contextualization. However, now it is trying to use a modern methodology to improve student's motivation. In this work, the theme " lnorganic Nomenclature and Formulation" is presented classified in the block 11 (The Matter) of the subject of the Physic and Chemistry of 4º ESO, because it allows us to identify the compounds and thus to study their properties. In the first part of this work it is explained the general aspect like the contextualization and the epistemological foundation of the theme which is going to be treated. In the second part, it is developed a didactic unit where I propase some activities to improve learning and student motivation.
