Durante muchos años y durante el paso de los años la incapacidad temporal ha vivido un sin fin de reformas en lo que se refiere al marco legislativo . Por eso, con la elaboración del presente trabajo he tratado de dar una visión acerca de esos cambios vividos y producidos a lo largo de esta historia y comprender así un poco más la prestación . He realizado un estudio sobre el concepto de la prestación económica y su respectiva dinámica. Posteriormente, he considerado dicha prestación en la actualidad, es decir, con la actual reforma aprobada. Y un apartado especial para el estudio y el análisis del fenómeno del absentismo laboral desde los diferentes ámbitos nacional e internacional, y también en la provincia de Jaén. Para finalizar, he dedicado el último espacio para exponer mi opinión crítica al respecto y la de algunas otras instituciones .

For many years, and during the passage of the years temporary incapacity has lived a myriad of reforms in what refers to the legislative framework. Therefore, with the elaboration of this paper I have tried to give insight about these changes lived and produced throughout this history and thus understands a little more the provision. I've done a study on the concept of the economic benefit and their respective dynamics. Subsequently, 1 have considered this provision today, i.e. with the current approved reform. And a special section for the study and analysis of the phenomenon of absenteeism from different national and intemational levels, and also in the province of Jaen.
