Abstract

[ES] En el presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado se presenta un estudio sobre la Evaluación de los riesgos Psicosociales, donde se analizaran y revisarán los conceptos relacionados con el tema de estudio, además de su evolución y desarrollo en el ámbito laboral y de la salud ocupacional. Posteriormente se describen los principales métodos de evaluación de riesgos psicosociales empleados en nuestro país y se investiga sobre su aplicación y uso en la actualidad. Concretamente los métodos revisados son: El método FPSICO, PREVENLAB-PSICOSOCIAL , INSL, INERMAP, ISTAS-21 y por último el método WONT RED. Como regla general, los resultados indican que los métodos poseen unas adecuadas propiedades psicométricas , aunque se detallan casos que constituyen una clara excepción .

[EN] In the present work of end of degree a study about the Evaluation of Psychosocial Risks is presented . In addition, the concepts related to the subject of study as well as its evolution and development in the work environment and the occupational health will be analyzed and revised. Later, the main methods of evaluation of psychosocial risks used in our country will be described and it is researched what application and what use could have nowadays. Specifically, the examined methods are: the FPSICO method, PREVENLAB-PSYCHOSOCIAL , INERMAP, ISTAS-21 and finally the WONT RED method. As a general rule, the results show that the methods have sorne adequate psychometric properties, cases which constitute a clear exception are detailed .
