Abstract

[ES] Con este Trabajo de Fin de Grado, se pretende dar una visión actual de los riesgos psicosociales en educación, después de hacer una descripción del sector y de cómo se gestionan los riesgos psicosociales dentro del mismo. Se estudian los aspectos más significativos en el ámbito psicosocial: factores, riesgos, consecuencias y herramientas para la evaluación. Además, se realiza una evaluación de riesgos psicosociales utilizando el método F-PSICO 3.1 del INSHT, llevada a cabo en un instituto de educación secundaria de titularidad pública, para lo cual se ha tenido que manejar la aplicación informática, administrar el cuestionario, analizar resultados y finalmente hacer algunas recomendaciones de intervención.

[EN] This final degree study intens to give a current vision of psychosocial risks education. Specifically, we portrait a picture of this scope and how psychosocial risks are handled. We study the most significant aspects in the psychosocial field: factors, risks, consequences and instruments for assessment. The method F-PSICO 3.1 of the INSHT was used to evaluate psychosocial risks in a public secondary school. We had to handle the computer application, manage the questionnaire, analyze results and finally make some recommendations for intervention.
