Abstract

Currently people with functional diversity of the community does not have this service with which to meet their needs and also have an Office of Independent Living to manage it and enabling them to have access to all kinds of resources to enable their empowerment and emancipation . There are already several projects running Personal Assistance, and Independent Living offices in parts of Spain.
