Los pilares del estado del bienestar

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar un análisis comparativo de los Sistemas de Bienestar de España y Finlandia, con el fin de conocer la situación actual de ambos países en relación al Bienestar Socia l. Para ello, se estudia qué es el Estado de Bienestar y sus diferentes Modelos, centrándose en los Modelos Mediterráneo y Nórdico, correspondientes a España y Finlandia. El procedimiento para conocer estas realidades sociales se basa en los pilares fundamentales del bienestar, estos pilares o niveles básicos se refunden en cuatro, por su importancia y relevancia en la vida de la ciudadanía: Servicios Sociales, Educación, Sanidad y Pensiones. Conocer el por qué del Estado de Bienestar actual en España y analizar y comparar su realidad con el de Finlandia, contribuye al conocimiento en Trabajo Social, ampliando la visión de los Servicios Sociales, la normativa de aplicación y los principios rectores del bienestar de la población.

The aim of this work is to perform a comparative analysis of the Welfare Systems in Spain and Finland, in order to know the current situation of both countries in relation to Social Welfare. To do this, we study what the Welfare State is and it's various models, focusing on Mediterranean and Nordic models, corresponding to Spain and Finland . The procedure for these social realities is based on the fundamental pillars of wellbeing, these pillars or basic levels are consolidated into four, according to its importance and relevance in the lives of citizens: Social Services, Education, Health and Pensions. Knowing the reasons for the current Welfare State in Spain and analysing and comparing heir reality with Finland contributes to the knowledge in social work, expanding the vision of Social Services, the applicable regulations and the principies governing the welfare of the population
