Abstract

[ES] El presente proyecto trata de crear una empresa online para vender productos gastronómicos típicos de gran calidad de la provincia de Jaén denominada "Caprichos Jiennenses". Será una Sociedad Limitada (S.L.) formada por tres socios que se ocuparán de los distintos departamentos: gerencia, marketing y comercialización y financiero. Nos dirigiremos principalmente a jiennenses que viven fuera de la provincia de Jaén y a personas que habitualmente compran por Internet. La publicidad será importante para darnos a conocer y nos centraremos mucho en las redes sociales, ya que de esta manera, estamos continuamente en contacto con los clientes de forma activa y barata. Se analizará el entorno externo e interno de la empresa para averiguar sus amenazas, oportunidades, fortalezas y debilidades y se elaborará un plan de marketing para conocer la política del producto, la política de precios, la política de distribución y comunicación y su plan de ventas. Por último, se realizará el plan económico-financiero para conocer la situación económica y financiera de nuestra empresa y determinar su viabilidad económica.

[EN] The present project consists in creating an online company in order to sell high-quality gastronomic products which are typical of the province of Jaén called "Jiennense Whims". It will be a limited company formed by three partners who will be responsible for different departments: management, marketing and commercialization and financial departments. We will mainly address people who live outside Jaén and people who usually purchase on the Internet. Advertising will be important to make us public and we will be very much focused on social networks since, in this way, we are constantly in contact with customers in an active and cheap way. The external and internal environment of the company will be analyzed in order to find out its threats, opportunities, strengths and weaknesses and a marketing plan will be made in order to know the product policy, the prices policy, the distribution and communication policy and its sales plan. Finally, the economic and financial plan will be carried out in order to know our company’s economic and financial situation and determine its economic viability.
