Este TFG pretende realizar una revisión documental y bibliográfica sobre el perfil del trabajador social de empresa, tanto en el área de Recursos Humanos (en adelante RR. HH) y desde la Responsabilidad social Corporativa de la empresa (en adelante RSC), con la intención de conocer la figura profesional del Trabajador Social dentro de la empresa y reavivar en cierto modo éste ámbito infrecuente de la profesión. Para ello se hablará de la evolución que ha tenido el trabajador social en este ámbito laboral hasta la actualidad, además de aportar datos que avalen el beneficio que supone la inclusión del Trabajo Social en la empresa.
