El Trabajo de Fin de Grado trata de conocer los hábitos saludables, actividad física, ocio y tiempo libre del alumnado del colegio “Juan Carlos I” de la localidad jiennense de Torredelcampo. En él, se tratará de analizar los alimentos que ingieren los alumnos y alumnas, las horas que dedican a realizar actividad física, ocio y tiempo libre. El estudio se ha realizado a los alumnos y alumnas de 2º, 4º y 6º del centro educativo nombrado anteriormente. Una vez realizado el estudio general, se iniciará una comparación entre los diferentes cursos.

Work Final Project seeks to know healthy habits, physical activity, leisure time of students at the school "Juan Carlos I" of the village of Torredelcampo. We will try to analyze the food the pupils eat, the hours dedicated to physical activity, free time and leisure.
