Mediación penal con menores infractores

Abstract

[ES] Este proyecto consiste en una línea de investigación basada en una revisión bibliográfica acerca de la mediación penal con menores infractores. En el trabajo se abordan diversos temas relacionados con esta temática pero principalmente haciendo hincapié en el procedimiento propio de la mediación penal ya que es ahí donde intervienen y se observan las funciones que realizan los profesionales del Trabajo Social. Por este motivo, se ha decidido realizar el presente proyecto fin de grado para conocer la relevancia de la intervención del trabajador social, así como sus funciones en el proceso de mediación penal con menores infractores en el ámbito jurídico. Por tanto, a lo largo de este proyecto, conoceremos la vinculación que la profesión del Trabajo Social posee en esta temática ya que su labor es fundamental en dicho procedimiento a pesar de su escaso reconocimiento.

[EN] This project consists of a line of research based on a literature review of mediation with young offenders. At work various topics related to this subject but mostly emphasizing the procedure itself criminal mediation and that is where involved and functions performed by social work rofessionals are observed are discussed. For this reason, it was decided to make this final degree project for the relevance of social work intervention in the process of penal mediation with young offenders in the legal field. Therefore, throughout this project, we will know the link to the profession of social work in this area has as its work is essential in this process despite his lack of recognition.
